Entry Testing & Student Support

The UK Independent Schools’ Entry Test (UKiset) is changing the way international students apply to British schools. Developed by the experts at Gabbitas Education, UKiset is an assessment of intelligence and English language skills. With this one test, international students can apply to multiple schools; saving them time, money and (most importantly) stress.

Over 200 top British independent schools are using UKiset as part of their admissions process including the likes of Winchester, Charterhouse, Eton, Epsom and Oundle. By working closely with schools, Gabbitas Education has created an assessment that diminishes partiality towards the applicant’s prior school experience, first language or cultural background. School Search & HE/Careers Advice

Gabbitas Education has been helping match the right child with the right school since 1873. Our consultants have a detailed personal knowledge of leading British independent schools from a range of perspectives, allowing us to provide the best support and independent advice. We take time to understand a family’s needs and a child’s talents before guiding them through the complex choices and entrance processes involved.

In order to offer our clients the best possible advice, we will be delighted to visit your school to gain a better understanding of it’s unique characteristics and offering. We are also keen to be kept informed of the status of your admissions register to ensure our records remain up to date.

We can also assist your students by guiding them through the often complex processes necessary for a successful college or university application, and we run regular interactive career programmes for 6th form students to help them make better informed degree and career choices.
